Course Description
Students in the ENVI GEOINT course learn some of the basic functions of the image-processing software and how to apply those functions to intelligence-related analytic imagery tasks. The workshop is designed to familiarize users with the ENVI (ENVI Zoom, ENVI EX) suite of image analysis tools, including spectral analysis tools and tools specifically designed to work with radar data.What You Will Cover
- Participate in a step-by-step self paced walk-through of ENVI
- Work through a variety of exercises using an array of tools and applications to explore effects on provided imagery
- Explore IDL (Interactive Data Language), the ENVI programming language that can be fully customized to users' command-line functions (advance students)
