Hugh Bolton, President and CEO

Mr. Hugh Bolton joined the Advanced Technical Intelligence Center as President and Chief Executive Officer in November of 2008.  Mr. Bolton brings a wealth of business experience to ATIC including having materially participated in two large initial public offerings, leading and integrating multiple corporate acquisitions, and successfully building and leading Air Force and Intelligence Community business practices in excess of $200 million in annual revenues.  His focus is to position ATIC as a self-sustaining community asset capitalizing on the combined capabilities of government, industry, and academia to support critical Intelligence Community and Cyber human capital requirements. Prior to joining ATIC,  Mr. Bolton served as an Air Force officer supporting a broad range of intelligence programs and held numerous operations and executive level positions in industry. 

Jeff Hall, Executive Vice President and Director of Operations

Mr. Jeff Hall joined ATIC as Executive Vice President and Director of Operations on 16 August 2010.

Sara Collins, Vice President and Director of Special Projects

Ms. Collins is an accomplished professional with over 10 years of experience in fundraising, marketing, sales, and client services.  She has a leadership responsibilities for promotion, planning, and coordination of facility use for local and national clients, including government, military, and defense contractors.  In addition, she oversees the newly developed membership and sponsorship program.  Ms. Collins has a background in project management, consulting, development program planning, donor analytics, individual and corporate donor relations, major gift solicitation, volunteer training, grant writing, e-marketing, event planning, database management, direct mail, and business-to-business marketing.

Kathy Robey, Assistant Director of Special Projects

Ms. Robey brings nearly 10 years of professional experience in facility and contract security, event planning, human resources, payroll support, and office management. She has a proven track record for her ability to work well with clients and government personnel. In her current position, she supports the promotion, planning, and coordination of facility use for local and national clients, including government, military, and defense contractors.

John O’Hair, Director of Research

Dr. O'Hair has extensive experience in developing, demonstrating, and fielding Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) system for the Department of Defense. He has led diverse teams creating next generation Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT) sensors during assignments at the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), Defense Intelligence Agency, and Aeronautical Systems Center. His experience covers research and development of hyperspectral, multispectral, and spectropolarimetric sensors for space-based, airborne, and ground use, Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) (program management, algorithm development, graduate level course development, and instruction), Overhead Non-Imaging Infrared (ONIR) (R&D, course development and instruction), and end-to-end small UAV procurement and development including platform, command and control, sensor, communications, and flight testing.

Jan Long, Staff Director

Ms. Long is a business leader with over 28 years building corporate goals for mission accomplishment, customer satisfaction and unit financial success at multiple locations. A highly effective planner, Ms. Long is detail oriented for flawless execution of business plans to construct, activate and operate facilities and develop operational policies and procedures and marketing strategies. An expert organizer, she has successfully managed highly diverse business operations, events and workforce.

Deanne W. Otto, Director of Education

Dr. Otto has over ten years experience in curriculum development, educational testing and measurement, and teaching at the university level in statistics, education, and remote sensing. She has worked as a biostatistician, statistical consultant, and psychometrician as well as an educational mentor and dissertation committee chair. While attending the University of North Dakota's John D. Odegard Center for Aerospace Sciences in pursuit of her Master’s degree, she was a NASA Space Grant Fellow.

Michael Collins, Director of Training

Mr. Collins has experience in all-source intelligence analysis, including combat air platform employment, geospatial intelligence support to acquisitions, assessment and delivery of actionable intelligence to senior government officials, and policy analysis for various DoD agencies.

Janet Perdzock, Program Manager  

Ms. Perdzock has an extensive background in training and education, distance learning technologies, and learning management systems. Holding Master's degrees in Computer Science and Education and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, she has led numerous technology projects and programs in support of training and education delivery, including Program Manager for an online university and education portal with over 38,000 global users. Ms. Perdzock previously managed an Information Technology group and served as a classroom teacher for more than a decade. She presented education technology topics at national and international professional conferences and has been involved in education delivery and support for over 30 years.

Christina Graham, Office Manager

Ms. Graham has five years experience in the administrative support field, and has proven experience with customer service. She is proficient in proper procedure for sensitive/classified information, managing schedules and procedures, and administration of a wide range of office tasks.

Janet Erickson, Finance Manager

Ms. Erickson is responsible for bookkeeping activities such as accounts payable and receivable, balancing multiple accounts, generating weekly and monthly reports.

Adam Kouse, IT Manager

Mr. Kouse is the IT Manager for the Advanced Technical Intelligence Center. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Ohio University, held a CCNA and MCP certification and has been in the information technology field to some degree all of his career. He has been working with ATIC since its inception.

James Whitten, FSO

Mr. Whitten is a Facility Security Officer with over 21 years experience in security management. He has military experience working as a Program Security Officer and Security Manager providing security oversight for advanced U.S. Air Force programs. His technical strengths include expertise in Information, Industrial, Electronic, Physical, and Personnel Security. His secondary strengths include experience in project management.
